Does FARUMASI sell medicines?
No. FARUMASI is a health coordination platform. Medicines are supplied and dispensed only by licensed partner pharmacies, which confirm availability and price with you.
How does a medicine request work?
Send us the name of the medicine and your phone number. Our team checks with partner pharmacies and lets you know where it is available and at what price.
Do I need a prescription?
Prescription-only medicines are dispensed only against a valid prescription. You can upload yours securely after signing in.
Can my medicines be delivered?
Yes, within Kigali. You can also pick them up at the pharmacy. Any delivery fee is shown before you pay.
Is my information kept private?
Yes. Your details and prescriptions are shared only with the pharmacists and pharmacies handling your request, in line with Rwanda's personal data protection law.
